DIRECTIONS FROM LAKELAND  ( HWY 92)

HWY 92 turns into Havendale Blvd after Auburndale.  You will see a Speedway and a Hardee’s on your left and a new Eckerds on your right. The road forks- STAY RIGHT (if you go straight you will stay on 92).  You will go through several signal lights.  Some places you will pass are:  McDonalds (right), Seaflame Restaurant (left), Cypress Cathedral Church (left), & Steak N Shake (left). When you see Auto Zone (right) this is FIRST STREET (Florence Villa).  Turn RIGHT Continue on and you will see Winter Haven Hospital on your left, further down you will see the post office on your right (Central Blvd).  Continue on, after passing Walgreen’s, Crispers, Staples (Citi Centre) on your right you will be at the Avenue K intersection.  You should see Center State Bank, a tall brick bank on you right.  Continue straight and our office is after Center State Bank on the right.  Our office is a red brick building across from Famous Tate Appliances.  Our sign is along 1^st Street just before our driveway. 

DIRECTIONS FROM LAKELAND ( HWY 98)

From 98 , take the Polk Parkway EXIT 27 (Hwy 570)East (towards Orlando). Take to exit 14 for Winter Lake Road/Hwy 540 East. At first signal light go straight, you will be on 540 East at this time. Continue on Highway 540 East.  You will go through several signal lights, passing housing & a Publix.  Stay on this road until you reach Highway 17(there will be an A&E Auto Body Repair Shop in front of you). Take a left onto HWY 17.  You will go through 1 signal light, go over the bridge, at the bottom of the bridge will be another signal light, turn right on Cypress Gardens Boulevard. Stay in the left lane after 2/10ths mile make left on First Street (Chevrolet Dealership on left corner). Follow First Street ˝ mile and get in left lane. We are just past Famous Tate on the left. Brick Building.

A Total of  $1.50 in tolls will be collected on parkway.

DIRECTIONS FROM MIAMI

Take I-95 North.  Exit off I-95 onto the Florida Turnpike North which is exit 16 on the left.  Pay tolls.  Take the SR-60 exit 193 towards US-441 Yeehaw Junction / Lake Wales.  Keep right at the fork in the ramp.  Merge onto FL-HWY 60.  You will stay on HWY 60 for quite awhile.  It is a 2-lane road – be very cautious of the semi trucks.  This road will take you into Lake Wales.  Look for signs to US 27 when you get into Lake Wales.  You will exit onto US 27 N on your right just past Martins Steak House.  You will take US 27 North.  You will pass several car dealerships and also Eagle Ridge Mall (on your right).  Look for Cypress Gardens Blvd.  You will take a left on to this road.  Stay on Cypress Gardens Blvd- you will pass State Farm (huge building on right), Cypress Gardens (on your left), Blockbuster (right), You will wind around a few lakes and you will be in town.  When you see Chili’s (right) Outback (left).  Get in the right lane.  You will be coming up on 1^st Street.  Turn right onto 1^st Street.  We will be half a mile down on your left.  Across from Famous Tate Appliances.  We are a free standing brick building.

DIRECTIONS FROM ORLANDO

Take I-4 WEST to Exit 55 (HWY 27) Go SOUTH.  Continue through Haines City, past HWY 17/92 and turn RIGHT at the next intersection, which is HWY 544 (Lucerne Park Road).  Follow HWY 544 for approximately 9 miles to our office.  The next intersection you come to (Florence Villa) you will see an Auto Zone.  Keep going straight.  HWY 544 turns into 1^st Street here.  Continue on and you will see Winter Haven Hospital on your left, further down you will see the post office on your right (Central Blvd).  Continue on, after passing Walgreen’s, Crispers, Staples (Citi Centre) on your right you will be at the Avenue K intersection.  You should see Center State Bank, a tall brick bank on you right.  Continue straight and our office is after Center State Bank on the right.  Our office is a red brick building with the Nawada & Associates sign along 1^st Street just before our driveway. 

DIRECTIONS FROM TAMPA

Take I-275 N Ramp.  Take the I-4 exit towards ORLANDO.  Stay on I-4 East.  Take exit 27 Polk Parkway (Hwy 570). You will pay $1.50 on tolls.  Take to exit 14 for Winter Lake Road/Hwy 540 East. At first signal light go straight, you will be on 540 East at this time. Continue on Highway 540 East, you will go through several signal lights.  Stay on this road until you see HWY 17.  ( you will see A&E Auto Body Repair Shop in front of you).  Take a Left (North) on Hwy 17.  Stay on this road until you go over a bridge.  At the bottom of the bridge you will come to a signal light.  Take a right.  This is Cypress Gardens Blvd.  Get over in the left lane.  After 2/10ths mile make left at the next signal light on First Street (Chevrolet Dealership on left corner). Follow First Street ˝ mile and get in left lane. We are just past Famous Tate on the left. Brick Building.

DIRECTIONS FROM BARTOW

Take HWY 60 to HWY 17 North.  You will go through Eagle Lake and several signal lights. After passing the 7-11 on your right you will go over a bridge.  At the bottom of the bridge will be another signal light, turn right on Cypress Gardens Boulevard. Stay in the left lane after 2/10ths mile make left on First Street (Chevrolet Dealership on left corner). Follow First Street ˝ mile and get in left lane. We are just past Famous Tate on the left. Brick Building.

Directions from Lake Placid/ Lake Wales/ Sebring

You will take US 27 North.  You will pass several car dealerships and also Eagle Ridge Mall (on your right).  Look for Cypress Gardens Blvd.  You will take a left on to this road.  Stay on Cypress Gardens Blvd- you will pass State Farm (huge building on right), Cypress Gardens (on your left), Blockbuster (right), You will wind around a few lakes and you will be in town.  When you see Chili’s (right) Outback (left).  Get in the right lane.  You will be coming up on 1^st Street.  Turn right onto 1^st Street.  We will be half a mile down on your left. We are across from Famous Tate Appliances.  You will see a freestanding brick building; our sign is close to the road on the ground.
